Children and Young People’s Wales Diabetes Network (and Brecon Group)
This network brings together clinical teams, third sector organisations and family representatives from across Wales to help improve outcomes for children and young people with diabetes, as outlined in the Diabetes Delivery Plan from Welsh Government.
The Network has links with the established Children’s and Young People’s Diabetes Clinical Networks in England, and will support the important, established work of the Brecon Group and its registry of children and young people with diabetes.
More information is available at www.cypdiabetesnetwork.nhs.uk/wales – if you would like to receive regular email updates, please contact the Network Co-ordinator, Jon Matthias on Jon.Matthias@wales.nhs.uk
