Diabetes UK is the largest organisation in the UK working for people with diabetes, funding research, campaigning and helping people live with the condition.

We have over 150,000 members. We work for people with diabetes, their carers, family and friends. Diabetes UK aims to invest approximately £6 million each year in research to improve the treatment of diabetes and search for a cure Put simply, our mission is to improve the lives of people with diabetes and to work towards a future without diabetes.

We have a specific section for health professionals that offers a range of resources, publications and reports. As well as finding out more about diabetes conferences and events occurring across the UK, health professionals can contribute to the work of Diabetes UK through professional working groups looking at issues such as healthcare delivery; professional support; and science and research.

We are constantly evolving the site and hope it proves a useful and accessible resource for health professionals with busy lives.
